DWG TrueView 2013 .NET error

When installing DWG TrueView 2013 it errors out stating “.Net 4 framework is not installed…”. In this case the .Net4 framework was installed, but it was only the client. TrueView requires the full version. It can be found at http://www.microsoft.com/net/download under For Server and Development.
