The Error above can be fixed by changing the .PD files and having the user access Libra once it’s been changed. First you need to type “help” which will show what file in the database it is having an issue with. Then go to the APD directory where that database file is stored. In that directory there will be a file named [USERNAME].PD file and one named [USERNAME].PD@. Rename these files to TEMP.PD and TEMP.PD@ (we’re keeping them just in case there is something important about them). Then have the user go back in. That should recreate the [USERNAME].PD / [USERNAME].PD@ files.
