How to Cleanup / remove a bad .Net Installation

These notes are from an XP installation

1. Run the .Net cleanup utility, reboot as prompted.  Continue to run uninstall a reboot prompt is not given and the program says that it was successful.
2. Run through the installers, 1-7, paying attention as some at x86 vs x64.
3. Run windows updates afterword until all security updates have been installed.
4. Its best to run Ninite to update all applicable programs and CCleaner so that we have all of our bases covered.
